Life Capital formats: who takes part, for how long, and what they leave with.

The board, the Trainer and the Banker stay the same in every format, and every session runs five hours; the group and the debrief change with the audience. Adults, company teams and young people each practise decisions at their own table. Sessions run in English and Ukrainian, in person only.

Who it suits: School clubs and summer schools, from age 14. No economics needed beforehand.
Length and group: School club across the school year: shorter theory meetings, and full 5-hour simulations where the theory is practised · full session 5 hours, 5–8 per table
What they leave with: 3–5 personal goals for the month, a basic income–expenses–savings budget, a team role tried out

Who it suits: Career change, relocation, planning a family budget.
Length and group: Session 5 hours, group of 8–16 people
What they leave with: A map of your resources and where they leak, 2–3 realistic scenarios, a 90-day plan with checkpoints

Team sessions for companies

Who it suits: Sales, project and cross-functional teams, managers, HR and L&D.
Length and group: Team session 5 hours, 6–18 people · facilitator observations of roles and cooperation, for the team’s own discussion
Where: The session runs at your premises. You provide a suitable room and a coffee break at half-time.
What they leave with: Agreed decision principles, a role map with the communication red zones, 5–7 process improvements the team writes itself

Who it suits: Individuals and families who are relocating or have just arrived. No legal advice.
Length and group: Session 5 hours, group of 8–16
What they leave with: A resource audit, quality networking, and a safe space to form and test a new strategy

Length and group: A 7-hour starting training, then the full Trainer School (taught in Ukrainian)
