Six tournaments, four countries, one methodology a ministry already approved.
Life Capital runs financial-literacy tournaments for teenagers, and a network of school clubs that keeps running through a war. Every event on this page has a date, a venue, a named winner and a public photo archive. This page is written for the people who decide whether the next one happens.
Teenagers make their first real financial decisions — a first job, a first loan, a first move to another country — with no practice. Schools teach the topic where a curriculum allows it; almost nobody gets to make an expensive mistake in a place where the mistake is free.
Life Capital gives them that place: a five-hour simulation of about forty years of life, run by a trained adult, where every decision is written down and its cost becomes visible at the table.
Two groups sit at the centre of this work as it exists today:
- Ukrainian teenagers displaced by the war, in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Canada. The Vienna and Frankfurt tournaments were built around exactly this group.
- Teenagers still in Ukraine, in schools where the clubs kept running through the full-scale invasion.
We are not going to claim a number of lives changed. What we can show is what was organised, where, with whom, and who confirmed it.

Rotary is not a logo on this site — it is the reason several of these events happened. Named in the Vienna tournament report: the Head of the Financial Literacy Ambassador League and 55% of the League Council are Rotarians; PDGs Vira Syryamina and Sergii Zavadskyi; District Governor 2232 Myron Uhryn; District 7040 (DG Pardeep Ahluwalia); and the Rotary Clubs of Kharkiv “New Level”, Pyvden' New Level, Kharkiv Mriya, Kyiv-City, Kyiv-Sophia, Genève International, Cataraqui-Kingston, Cornwall Sunrise, Montreal-Lakeshore and Gig Harbor Midday.
If you are a Rotary club considering this: the pattern that has worked is a club funding participation for a group of teenagers in a tournament, and being named in the event report alongside the clubs above.

We will send the figure and the breakdown; we will not put a suggested amount on a page before we can defend the arithmetic behind it.
- A named place in the event record. Every tournament has its own page listing organisers, partners and supporting clubs by name. That page stays up.
- The photo archive. Every completed tournament links to a full professional photo archive, open, no login. Vienna, Kyiv, Frankfurt and Ottawa all have one.
- A written report on the event you funded — what took place, where, how many participants, from which cities and countries, who won.
- Presence at the event itself, where the format allows it — previous tournaments have had an ambassador, ministry representatives and university hosts in the room.
What we are not offering: a per-donor impact-metric dashboard, or an audited outcomes study. Neither exists. If one is required for your process, say so in the enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether we can produce it.
