Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the return or proof of dispatch. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless otherwise stated.

To the maximum extent permitted, we are liable only for direct, proven, foreseeable losses, capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months (not applicable to willful misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life/health, or non-waivable consumer rights).

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date in your account. Prorated refunds are not offered unless stated otherwise.
